The following is a brief, non-exhaustive summary of certain significant factors and special risks you should consider when deciding whether to trade OTC Contracts. For the avoidance of doubt, this statement does not constitute a form of investment advice, nor has the character of investment advice.

Before deciding whether to carry out a transaction in OTC Contracts, you are obliged to examine whether concluding such transactions is relevant to your investment targets and regarding your experience, knowledge, and willingness to take risks.
